1.1.0: The Dialed-up Update

Released on April 21 2025

============================================

Bedrock's ui texture system and button system is a mess...Also this update is more of an overhaul and polishes up many features from 3 months ago as Cake's Cosmetic Pack (try it out! (yes im shamelessly promoting myself)) took all the time to develop this pack.

Also Quick legal notes cause i think this is necessary: This pack is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft and certain assets (I.E: Button Textures) are their property. All other assets (I.E: Tab textures, Hotbar selector) are property of CakeofCraft.

CHANGES AND ADDITIONS:

Fully Remade the Hotbar to be closer to Ore UI Leaks along with the other HUD elements.

  • The Touch button is also fully remade. Soecial Thanks for Arxance for allowing me to use code from Devamped: Bedrock Edition, which fixes the hotbar caps.
  • The XP bar will also not look stretched if Java Aspects or Console Aspects 6.0.0 and later are above this pack. The special texture only applies to the HUD for now.

Dialogs, Tabs, Item Background and the Highlighted Slot are now similar to the Ore UI Leaks.

the Pocket selector now matches the Hotbar Selector.

The circle on the Off Toggles are now snaller and the crafting toggle has been changed.

The Pressed button texture now plays at 75% its initial volume.

Some buttons now plays a close button sound. (Yes, the beginning is cuts off where i found the audio file)

Textboxes are now similar to Ore UI, with a border aswell

  • Oh and if youre wondering, i dont steal, mainly because it can devalue other people's work and i can get in trouble, but the code is based off Cornbread's "Ore-ish Textboxes's" Force Outline's Subpack.

The Slider button and the locked button border are now similar to Ore UI.

All button hover texture, including toggles, are now darkened instead of brighten to match Ore UI.

The Deselected basic pressed button texture is now green. This is nore noticeable on the Settings Screen.

The pack is now Backported to 1.20, allowing older Minecraft version to uses this pack

FIXES:

The pack is finally free of content errors!

Added fallback features when the button border isnt available:

  • All button pressed Texture are now a full texture to avoid holes on the top.
  • certain borders are now unaffected by the button state meaning it stays black.

The border is now thin again unless hovered or pressed on certain buttons.

The beacon buttons now matches the other buttons.

PACK DOCUMENTS:

Renamed the pack and changed the description to represent its new stage.

Changed Uuid in order to prevent replacing the pack’s contents.

Changed Version number to 1.1.0.

NOTES:

You may have noticed that i only added features for when there is no button border, instead of adding more. The reason why is that, upon analyzing JSON UI's button code, I’ll need to completely rewrite the button border code to seperate the button contents and the border as they are linked. This wouldnt be done anytime soon.

  • This is also linked to the button offset issue.

Here are a dump of all issues i’ve found but would rather fix it later. You can contact me if you've found a solution.

  • Glyphs still have border due to resource pack buttons.

  • Marketplace dialogs uses vanilla texture and i dont know why.

  • Dressing room button no longer shrink when pressed and Profile button is offsetting itself when hovered or pressed. (the variables to fixes it somehow only affects the Y axis)
