## 2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this Resource Pack, you explicitly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately delete all copies of the Resource Pack from your devices.

## 3. Permitted Use

Subject to the restrictions below, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

- **Compilation:** Including the Resource Pack in modpacks, launcher bundles, server packs, or any other form of compilation.

- **Modification:** Modifying, editing, decompiling, extracting, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on the Resource Pack or its assets.

- **Commercial Use:** Selling, licensing, monetizing, or using the Resource Pack or its assets for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to paywalls, donor rewards, or commercial servers.

- **Misrepresentation:** Claiming ownership of this work or presenting it as your own creation.

## 5. Third-Party Hosting and Distribution Restrictions

This Resource Pack may not be hosted, cached, mirrored, or distributed by any third-party launcher, website, or service without the explicit prior written permission of OmHackz. Any unauthorized hosting will be subject to immediate takedown requests.

## 6. Violations and Termination

Any violation of the terms outlined in this License Agreement will automatically and immediately terminate your right to use the Resource Pack. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation may result in:

- Immediate termination of usage rights.

- Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices or equivalent legal actions.

- Reporting to platform authorities (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Discord, CurseForge).

- Further legal action to enforce copyright and seek damages.
