1. ABOUT THIS LICENSE

This license explains how NovaCore X may be used, shared, shown, modified, and distributed.

NovaCore X is a Minecraft Bedrock resource pack created for PvP, FPS, BedWars, building, survival, minigames, multiplayer, and content creation.

By downloading or using NovaCore X, you agree to follow this license.

2. PERSONAL USE

You are allowed to download and use NovaCore X for personal Minecraft gameplay.

You may use the pack in:

PvP, BedWars, survival, creative, servers, Realms, multiplayer, minigames, building worlds, recording, livestreaming, screenshots, montages, videos, and other normal Minecraft gameplay.

You may install and use the pack on your own devices and in worlds you play.

3. CONTENT CREATOR USE

You are allowed to use NovaCore X in YouTube videos, TikToks, Shorts, Twitch streams, livestreams, screenshots, montages, reviews, showcases, thumbnails, and other Minecraft-related content.

You may monetize your own videos or streams featuring NovaCore X.

However, using NovaCore X in your content does not give you ownership of the pack or its original assets.

4. REQUIRED CREDIT

CREDIT TO NOVACORE X IS REQUIRED.

When publicly showcasing or featuring the pack, you must give clear credit to the original creator.

Recommended credit:

You may also include the official CurseForge project page.

The credit must not be intentionally removed, hidden, replaced, or falsely changed to claim that another person created the original project.

Changing textures, colors, UI, settings, or other parts of the pack does not automatically remove the requirement to credit the original NovaCore X project.

5. OWNERSHIP

NovaCore X and its original contents remain the property of the original creator, NovaCore X.

Using the pack does not transfer ownership, copyright, authorship, or other rights to the user.

You may not claim that you created the original NovaCore X project.

You may not rename the original project and present it as a completely independent creation.

You may not falsely claim authorship of NovaCore X or its original assets.

6. REUPLOADS AND REDISTRIBUTION

The complete NovaCore X pack may not be independently reuploaded or redistributed without permission from NovaCore X.

Do not upload the complete pack to another website, file host, marketplace, social-media download page, public folder, or other distribution service as though you are the official distributor.

The preferred method of sharing NovaCore X is to share the official CurseForge project page rather than creating an unofficial mirror.

Authorized CurseForge distribution, when enabled by the project owner through CurseForge's Project Distribution settings, is permitted according to CurseForge's platform systems and policies.

7. THIRD-PARTY DISTRIBUTION

NovaCore X does not automatically grant permission for unrelated websites, clients, launchers, apps, or services to copy and independently host the pack.

Any third-party distribution must be authorized by NovaCore X and/or supported through the appropriate CurseForge distribution system.

The CurseForge Project Distribution setting is separate from this written license. CurseForge states that its API follows the project's distribution toggle when determining whether third parties can access project information and files.

8. MODIFICATIONS

You may make private modifications for your own personal use.

Examples include changing:

textures, colors, UI elements, item appearance, hotbar appearance, visual effects, particles, sounds, or other files.

Private modifications are permitted as long as they are not redistributed as the official NovaCore X project.

A public modified version requires permission from NovaCore X.

If permission is granted, the modified project must clearly state that it is a modified version of NovaCore X and must keep the original creator credit.

9. ASSET USE

Original NovaCore X assets may not be extracted and reused in another project without permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

textures, blocks, items, weapons, tools, UI, icons, HUD elements, particles, effects, models, sounds, animations, logos, artwork, branding, and other original assets.

You may not take individual NovaCore X assets and place them into another resource pack, addon, client, launcher, website, application, or commercial project while presenting those assets as your own.

10. COMMERCIAL USE

You may use NovaCore X in your own monetized gameplay content, including monetized videos and streams, provided that you are not selling or redistributing the NovaCore X files themselves.

You may not sell the original NovaCore X pack.

You may not put the original NovaCore X files behind a payment wall.

You may not package NovaCore X into a paid product and sell access to the pack without permission.

Commercial collaborations involving NovaCore X require permission from the creator.

11. REVIEWS AND SHOWCASES

Reviews, demonstrations, comparisons, showcases, gameplay videos, screenshots, and discussion of NovaCore X are allowed.

You may express your own opinions about the project.

When the project is featured publicly, the original NovaCore X creator must remain credited.

12. FANS AND COMMUNITY PROJECTS

Fans may create content about NovaCore X, including:

fan art, videos, reviews, tutorials, gameplay clips, screenshots, showcases, montages, and community discussions.

Fan content must not falsely claim to be the official NovaCore X project.

Fan pages and community pages may mention NovaCore X but should make it clear when they are unofficial.

13. OFFICIAL VERSIONS

Only releases published by NovaCore X or through an officially authorized distribution channel should be considered official NovaCore X versions.

You may not create a fake update, fake official download, or fake announcement designed to appear as though it came from NovaCore X.

Modified or reuploaded versions must not be presented as official releases.

14. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

NovaCore X may reference or include content that is subject to separate ownership or licensing.

Nothing in this license transfers ownership of third-party material.

Users are responsible for respecting any separate licenses that apply to third-party assets.

15. PERMISSION FOR EXCEPTIONS

NovaCore X may grant written permission for uses that are not automatically allowed by this license.

Permission may be granted for:

public modifications, collaborations, servers, client integrations, community projects, commercial partnerships, asset use, bundles, or other special uses.

Permission should be obtained before performing a restricted use.

16. LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Examples of prohibited activity include:

claiming NovaCore X as your own work, removing required creator credit, reuploading the complete pack without permission, selling the original pack, extracting and reusing original assets without permission, impersonating the official project, or creating an unauthorized version that is presented as official.

NovaCore X may request removal of unauthorized copies or uses.

17. CURSEFORGE

NovaCore X may be hosted and distributed through its official CurseForge project page.

CurseForge allows project authors to select a license, including a custom license, when submitting a project.

The CurseForge Project Distribution setting may be changed by the project owner later through the project's License settings.

This license is intended to work alongside CurseForge's platform rules and does not replace CurseForge's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Rewards Program Terms, API terms, or other applicable platform policies.

18. ACCEPTANCE

By downloading, installing, or using NovaCore X, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this license.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use or redistribute NovaCore X.
