Newb X Supplementary V8.0

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make this variant customizable as I need to convert everything into configuration dependent which is a hassle. For now, I've improved and fixed a lot of things in this update so bare with me :P

• Fixed "LITE" subpack still including features that should not be included. Therefore, subpacks should significantly increase your fps by reducing features.
