Golden Haze • Cube Clouds • Lightweight Atmosphere
I got tired of vanilla Bedrock's flat sky, so I rebuilt it — cubemap, sun, moon, fog, all of it, from scratch.
Blocky clouds drift across a warm, sun-soaked sky. The horizon glows deep amber and fades up into open blue. The sun actually has a proper glow to it now instead of just being a flat orange square, and the moon phases got a contrast pass so they don't look washed out. There's a bit of soft fog holding the atmosphere together, but it's light — I tuned it so it doesn't tank your FPS.
This isn't a color filter slapped on top of vanilla. Every piece was rebuilt and tuned to actually work together.
WHAT'S IN IT
New overworld cubemap with proper cube-cloud shapes
Warm golden-haze grading, horizon to zenith
Sun with real bloom/glow
Moon phases with better contrast
Rain retuned so it's actually visible against the brighter sky
Fog kept light on purpose — atmosphere, not lag
No shaders, no patchers, no experimental toggles — just a resource pack
WHY BOTHER
Pure vanilla Bedrock, so survival worlds, servers, Realms, achievements — none of that breaks
Runs fine on low-end and mobile, that was the whole point
Everything was tuned as one look, not a bunch of random textures thrown together
