[v2!] Lil Helpful pvp texture pack

THIS WORKS FOR ALOT OF VERSIONS SO DO NOT WORRY 

Just a little bit of something to help the newbies with pvp and or know some game things like how much hp and stuff like that. its not a whole lot but at least it will help somewhat

What does it change?

Mainly changes the UI to be somewhat more simple and to make the player know what it truly is while also giving the effects a new look
