Interesting Clouds

Version 1.2:

1. The resource pack now uses an animation instead of an animation controller. This fixes the following bugs:

• Clouds not working properly in Hive server
• Clouds never spawning in Cubecraft server

2. The cloud particle texture has been moved to a different folder from 'textures/particles' to 'textures/pintacred_cloud_particles'.

3. The formula for making clouds denser during rain has now been changed to only trigger when the player is under rain and not when underwater too.

4. Consistent Weather's cloud density has been reduced from 6 to 4.

5. Updated 'manifest.json' to format 3.
