1. Grant of Permissions

By downloading or using this texture pack (“the Work”), you agree to the following limited permissions granted by the author (“Licensor”):

- Private Use Only:
  You may install, use, and enjoy this Work for personal, non-commercial gameplay only.
  Redistribution, re-uploading, or repackaging in any form is strictly prohibited.

- Commercial Use:
  You may feature or display this Work in monetized content (such as YouTube videos, Twitch streams, or other public showcases) provided that clear and visible credit is given to "FF Goul."
  The Work itself may not be sold, resold, or redistributed for profit.

- Modification:
  You may make private modifications of this Work for your own personal use only.
  You may not share, distribute, or publicly release any modified or unmodified versions.

- Patent / Reference Use:
  You may study or reference this Work’s design concepts without claiming ownership or rights of distribution.

2. Conditions of Use

The following conditions apply at all times when using, showcasing, or modifying this Work:

- No Redistribution or Re-upload:
  Uploading, mirroring, hosting, or redistributing this Work in any form or on any platform is forbidden.

- Authorized Forks:

- Any Minecraft content hub (MCPEDL, 9Minecraft, ModBay, Modrinth, PlanetMinecraft, etc.)
- Ad-shortener or paywall services (Linkvertise, Boostellar, LootLabs, etc.)
- Discord file-shares, “leak” servers, or community uploads
- Torrent / P2P networks
- Third-party CurseForge re-uploads
- Inclusion in modpacks, collections, or any form of repackaging

Only the official CurseForge project page and authorized version forks maintained by RVO INC and FF Goul are approved sources for obtaining this Work.
