Adds Tab autocomplete and message history buttons directly to the Minecraft Bedrock chat screen.

Description

Adds useful chat buttons to Minecraft Bedrock:
• Tab button for quick autocomplete
• ↑ button to open previous chat messages
• ↓ button to open newer chat messages
