Better Combat Resources

Makes fishing rods, maces, lava/water buckets, eggs, snowballs, and webs smaller. (note the web block itself will also be smaller as the game uses the same texture for the item and block.)

Have not fixed the breaking bar textures not rendering transparent, still seems to be a hardcoded limitation. Still I do custom versions if you contact me in my discord server: https://discord.gg/UP86z5vkmv
