Added 3 new capes, bringing the total to 34 capes.

Restored and corrected alphabetical cape ordering.

Improved cape physics for smoother, more natural movement.

Reduced excessive movement around the upper cape/neck area.

Improved cape positioning so it sits closer to the player's back.

Improved cape movement while walking, running, and turning.

Improved the transition into swimming.

Fixed the transition from swimming back to standing.

Smoothed the swimming leg animation.

Fixed the Wemmbu's Cape texture.

Corrected cape slot/folder ordering after the texture fixes.
