Bedrock ChunkFinder

A resource pack for Minecraft Bedrock Edition that lets you visualize chunk borders and slime chunks in-game.

Use the pack settings to enable chunk borders and slime chunk indicators. You can change these settings at any time from the pack settings menu, including while inside a world.
