Story

     Natsumi Hikari keeps having strange, scary dreams where all the Heisei-era Kamen Riders are at war, attacking one person—called "Decade."

     Natsumi lives with Tsukasa Kadoya, a young man who stays at her family's photo studio, but feels like he doesn't belong.

     One day, monsters from other worlds appear, attacking people. The world slowly starts to fall apart, and Tsukasa and Natsumi got separated.

     Tsukasa meets Wataru Kurenai, who reveals he's Kamen Rider Decade—the Destroyer of Worlds.

     Tsukasa learns the nine worlds of Heisei-era Kamen Riders are merging, leading to the entire multiverse collapse. To stop it, he must visit each world, and save it.

     Believing Decade is causing their worlds to collapse, the Riders fight him due to his title as “Destroyer of Worlds.”

     Decade is tied to all Rider Worlds and is their only hope to prevent destruction though seen as a threat.

     As he travels, Tsukasa also searches for a world where he truly belongs—a place to finally call home.

     The barriers between the Rider Worlds are breaking due to multiverse instability tied to Decade’s mysterious origin. The interdimensional monster attacks are a result, not the cause.

     There’s no single villain—the real threat is the merging worlds and collapse, worsened by the Riders’ fear and misunderstanding of Decade.

• Rider Cards = special cards inserted into Decadriver; used to transform and use powers.
