how will this stabilize tps?

Mobs that render uselessly their ai will be frozen till you come closer ( does it break other add-ons?, idk comment to let me know )

Stops stimulation distance if your tps goes low for a certain amount of time

Tick speed goes to 0 ( in case it's actually needed, stops stuff from happening around you )

If my mod has any bugs please do report, it will be appreciated
