🏃‍♂️ Tag System Addon

Fun and simple tag minigame commands that let you play the game of tag with other players. This system changes the nametag of the tagger to clearly show who the tagger is. Customize game modes, tagging behavior, player damage rules, and mob targeting with easy chat commands.

⚡ How It Works

Then type "/tag help" in chat to see all commands.

📝 Commands & Options

/tag help

Shows a full list of available tag commands.

/chooserandomtagger

Selects a random player to start as the tagger.

/cleartaggers

Removes all taggers and resets nametags.

/tagstats

Displays current game mode, trigger, tagger settings, and mob ignore settings.

/tagmode <regular|infection>

Sets the game mode:

• regular → Tag transfers normally
• infection → Taggers “infect” everyone they touch

/tagtriggeron <hit|death|taggerkill>

Sets how tags are transferred:

• hit → When a tagger hits a player
• death → When a player dies
• taggerkill → Only when a tagger kills a player

/taggerscandie <true|false>

Sets whether taggers can die from non-taggers or the environment.

/nontaggerscandie <true|false>

Sets whether non-taggers can die, while still being taggable.

/mobsignor <none|tagger|nontagger|allplayers>

Controls which players mobs cant damage. Ignored players:

• Cannot be damaged by mobs
