1. Build your Loot Room

Place one or more chests (or any container) in a specific area. Fill them with the items you want mobs to drop.

2. Get the Coordinates

Identify the two opposite corners of the area containing your chests (just like using the /fill command).

3. Run the Command

In-game, use the /scriptevent command to link a mob to that loot room.

The Syntax:
/scriptevent mob:loot <mobId> <x1> <y1> <z1> <x2> <y2> <z2> <minDrops> <maxDrops>

Example Scenarios:

To make Zombies drop 1–3 items from a chest at 0, 64, 0:
/scriptevent mob:loot minecraft:zombie 0 64 0 0 64 0 1 3
To make EVERY mob drop exactly 5 items from a large vault area:
/scriptevent mob:loot all -10 60 -10 10 70 10 5 5

How it works behind the scenes:

Selection: When a mob dies, the script checks if it matches your mobId (or if you set it to all).
Scanning: it looks inside every container within the coordinates you provided.
Dropping: It creates a list of every item it found, picks a random number between your min and max, and spawns those items at the mob's feet.
