Mix items

Items are mixed up when picked up and put into the inventory.

Description

Dig/pick up items → exchange immediately.

Craft a new item → exchange immediately

Put an item in the crafting slot and then take it out exactly as is (without crafting anything) → no exchange

Item already held in hand → keep it until 2 minutes have elapsed...
