J.A.R.V.I.S Developer Inspector — Extended License Agreement (EDLA)

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use, modification, distribution, and interaction with the software known as "J.A.R.V.I.S Developer Inspector" ("The Software"), including all associated scripts, modules, textures, configurations, and derivative components.

By installing, copying, accessing, or using The Software in any capacity, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. GRANT OF LIMITED USAGE RIGHTS

The author grants the end-user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

- Install and execute The Software within the Minecraft Bedrock Edition environment.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to code structure, design architecture, system logic, and visual formatting, remain the sole property of the original creator.

No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

The author does not guarantee:

- Compatibility with all Minecraft Bedrock versions

- Stability across experimental APIs

- Absence of bugs, errors, or unintended behavior

Use at your own risk.

5. TERMINATION

This license is automatically revoked if the user:

- Violates any condition stated in this Agreement

- Attempts unauthorized redistribution or commercialization

Upon termination, all copies must be deleted immediately.

6. DERIVATIVE WORKS

Any modification or derivative creation based on The Software remains subject to this same Agreement unless explicitly granted separate written permission by the author.

7. FINAL CLAUSE

This Agreement is designed to maintain integrity, protect development effort, and ensure proper attribution of The Software.

Continued use signifies full acceptance of all terms herein, regardless of whether the user has fully read or understood this document.

8. UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION AND THIRD-PARTY SOURCES

The official distribution channels for this Software are limited to approved platforms as designated by the author (e.g., CurseForge[For the moment]).

The author is not responsible for any damages, corruption, security risks, or unintended behavior resulting from:

- Downloads obtained from unofficial, modified, or third-party websites

- Reuploads or redistributed copies of the Software

- Versions altered without the author’s permission

Use of the Software obtained from untrusted or unofficial sources is entirely at the user's own risk.
