Only Way to Get is throw /summon f:loating {name} {pos}

You can rename it with /summon f:loating {name} {pos}

if you want the name to "stick" my suggestion is to use "nametager"(anther one of my mods)

 

Adds One Entity, f:loating, family: f:loating, inanimate, Unkillable with /kill
