This behavior pack specifically allows you to fly with Elytra without fireworks. You don't need to worry about damage because it removes fall and kinetic damage while flying.
Using this add-on is very simple: just open the chat, type /menu, and a menu will appear. Turn on the 'Elytra Booster' toggle, and ta-da—you can fly. and if you feel flying too slow, just adjust it in menu settings.
