Using this addon every mob has a 20% chance to drop their spawn egg when killed in anyway,

This applies to all bosses including the ender dragon

 

If you use the spawner pickup version by shift left clicking a spawner you can pick it up, this will delete the mob inside so be careful with rarer mobs
