How does this script work?

First, scripts from other add-ons send a scriptevent to this script.

Then, the data is read by this system and sent to an actor to store all configuration settings.

Players can then access the configuration menu and modify settings as needed.

After you change a setting, this script sends a script event back to the add-on that originally provided the configuration. The updated settings are then saved into that add-on’s ADDONS/CONFIGS variables.
