Simply place a Totem of Undying in your offhand as you normally would. If you take fatal damage and your totem pops, the addon will instantly check your inventory. If you have a spare totem, it will automatically equip it. After each replacement, you'll also receive a color-coded Action Bar message showing exactly how many Totems of Undying are left in your inventory.
