Murder Mystery — Full Description

🕵️ Welcome to Murder Mystery!

Murder Mystery is a Minecraft Bedrock game mode inspired by the classic Murder Mystery experience from Roblox.

At the beginning of each round, players are secretly assigned different roles: Murderer, Sheriff, Hero, or Innocent.

Your objective depends on your role.

🔪 MURDERER

You are the killer.

Your objective is to eliminate the other players before they can discover you.

The Murderer uses a knife and needs 3 hits to eliminate another player.

Be careful — if the Sheriff or Hero finds you, the round can end very quickly.

🔵 SHERIFF

The Sheriff is the main defender of the Innocents.

Your objective is to find and eliminate the Murderer.

The Sheriff receives a special weapon capable of eliminating the Murderer.

But be careful: killing an innocent player causes the Sheriff to die as well.

🟡 HERO

If the Sheriff is eliminated, their weapon can drop on the map.

An Innocent who finds and picks up the weapon becomes the Hero.

The Hero can then fight against the Murderer and try to save the remaining players.

🟢 INNOCENTS

You don't have a weapon at the beginning of the round.

Your objective is simple:

Survive.

Stay alert, avoid the Murderer, and look for the Sheriff's dropped weapon.

🗺️ MAPS

The addon currently includes multiple playable maps:

🏠 House 2

🏰 Mansion 2

Each map has its own spawn locations, allowing players and solo-mode NPCs to be distributed throughout the map.

More maps can be added in future updates.

👤 SOLO MODE

Don't have enough players?

The addon includes a solo system that can spawn villagers around the selected map, allowing the world to feel more alive even when playing alone.

⏱️ ROUND SYSTEM

Each round lasts up to 3 minutes.

The game automatically handles:

Player roles

Map selection

Player teleportation

Spawn positions

Role announcements

Round timer

Death detection

Victory conditions

End-of-round results

Returning players to the lobby

🖤 ROUND TRANSITION

A black-screen transition is used when starting the round, helping hide the teleportation and role setup before the game begins.

Once the roles are ready, each player receives their role information.

⚔️ COMBAT

The Murderer's knife uses a custom hit system.

Instead of instantly eliminating a player, the Murderer needs three successful hits.

The Sheriff and Hero use a ranged weapon capable of eliminating the Murderer.

When the Sheriff or Hero dies, their weapon can be dropped so another Innocent can become the Hero.

🏆 VICTORY

The round ends when one side fulfills its objective.

The addon displays a results section showing information such as:

Murderer

Sheriff/Holder of the weapon

Survival time

Players are then returned to the lobby and the game can begin again.

🎮 COMMANDS

The addon includes several script events for controlling the game:

mm:start — Start a round.

mm:stop — Stop and lock the game.

mm:lobby — Return a player to the lobby.

mm:reset — Reset the game state.

📱 BEDROCK EDITION

Designed specifically for Minecraft Bedrock Edition, with systems built using the Bedrock Script API.

The addon is designed around a custom world containing the required map structures, allowing the gameplay logic and maps to work together.

More maps, weapons, customization, progression systems, sounds, effects and other Murder Mystery features can be added in future versions.

Murder Mystery é um modo de jogo para Minecraft Bedrock inspirado na clássica experiência Murder Mystery do Roblox.

 

No início de cada rodada, os jogadores recebem secretamente diferentes funções: Murder, Xerife, Herói ou Inocente.

 

Seu objetivo depende da função recebida.

 

🔪 MURDER

 

Você é o assassino.

 

Seu objetivo é eliminar os outros jogadores antes que eles descubram quem você é.

 

O Murder utiliza uma faca e precisa de 3 golpes para eliminar outro jogador.

 

Tome cuidado — se o Xerife ou o Herói encontrar você, a rodada pode acabar rapidamente.

 

🔵 XERIFE

 

O Xerife é o principal defensor dos Inocentes.

 

Seu objetivo é encontrar e eliminar o Murder.

 

O Xerife recebe uma arma especial capaz de eliminar o Murder.

 

Mas cuidado: se o Xerife matar um jogador inocente, ele também será eliminado.

 

🟡 HERÓI

 

Quando o Xerife é eliminado, sua arma pode cair no mapa.

 

Um Inocente que encontrar e pegar essa arma se torna o Herói.

 

O Herói pode então enfrentar o Murder e tentar salvar os jogadores restantes.

 

🟢 INOCENTES

 

Você não começa a rodada com uma arma.

 

Seu objetivo é simples:

 

Sobreviver.

 

Fique atento, evite o Murder e procure pela arma deixada pelo Xerife.

 

🗺️ MAPAS

 

O addon atualmente possui vários mapas jogáveis:

 

- 🏠 Casa 2

- 🏰 Mansão 2

 

Cada mapa possui seus próprios pontos de spawn, permitindo distribuir os jogadores e os NPCs do modo solo pelo cenário.

 

Novos mapas podem ser adicionados em futuras atualizações.

 

👤 MODO SOLO

 

Não tem jogadores suficientes?

 

O addon possui um sistema de modo solo que pode gerar villagers pelo mapa selecionado, fazendo com que o cenário fique mais movimentado mesmo quando você estiver jogando sozinho.

 

⏱️ SISTEMA DE RODADA

 

Cada rodada possui duração máxima de 3 minutos.

 

O sistema controla automaticamente:

 

- Funções dos jogadores

- Seleção do mapa

- Teleporte dos jogadores

- Pontos de spawn

- Revelação das funções

- Cronômetro da rodada

- Detecção de mortes

- Condições de vitória

- Resultado da partida

- Retorno ao lobby

 

🖤 TRANSIÇÃO DA RODADA

 

Uma transição com tela preta é utilizada durante o início da rodada, ajudando a esconder o processo de teleporte e configuração das funções antes do começo da partida.

 

Quando tudo está preparado, cada jogador recebe sua função.

 

⚔️ COMBATE

 

A faca do Murder possui um sistema de golpes personalizado.

 

Em vez de eliminar um jogador instantaneamente, o Murder precisa acertar três golpes.

 

O Xerife e o Herói utilizam uma arma de longo alcance capaz de eliminar o Murder.

 

Quando o Xerife ou o Herói é eliminado, sua arma pode cair no mapa para que outro Inocente possa pegá-la e se tornar o Herói.

 

🏆 VITÓRIA

 

A rodada termina quando um dos lados cumpre seu objetivo.

 

O addon apresenta um resultado contendo informações como:

 

- Murder

- Xerife/portador da arma

- Tempo de sobrevivência

 

Depois disso, os jogadores retornam ao lobby e uma nova partida pode começar.

 

🎮 COMANDOS

 

O addon possui vários script events para controlar a partida:

 

"mm:start" — Inicia uma rodada.

 

"mm:stop" — Para e bloqueia o jogo.

 

"mm:lobby" — Envia um jogador de volta ao lobby.
