Version 0.4.0

• Added 10 new star/planetary systems
• Added an inhabited space station (a second unfinished space station is still in the works - it can be found in it's current state in one of the far out systems on the map)
• Added a new starter system map for players with a lower render distance
• Star map now shows 21 different systems instead of just 6 (note that not all of these have been implemented yet)
• Added a tick delay to the radiation damage caused around giant planets
