Supported game versions

Added 2 new tracks: Savanna Island and Drylands Drift

Added 2 new karts: Dragon Kart and Copper Kart

Added 4 new characters: Enderman, Copper Golem, Steve and Alex

Added 2 new powerups: Checkpoint Pearl (teleport to bext checkpoint) and Strength (greater damage when colliding with karts)

Added 3 difficulty levels: Easy, Normal and Hard

Several code improvements:

Smarter NPC route handling
Better accuracy when hitting powerup boxes
Menus for selecting player and race otpions
If the Jump button is not used to accelerate, it can be used to use the selected item
Fixed several bugs and make general course improvements
