-Gameplay:

Do not expect too much from the librarian, it can only sell books that the crafting table cannot have, try to get it to level 3 you will be able to buy recipes related to the end portal block. Wandering traders will sell things that you cannot create yourself or buy from villagers, they will not trade emeralds.
