LethalCraft v3 Changelog

Bug Fixes:
- Made jetpack initial use reset fall distance to lower chance of randomly dying mid air
- Ship no longer leaves when re-joining the world while landed
- Disabled Locator Bar
- Fixed Earth Leviathan roar sound effect not playing

Vibrant Visuals (VV):
- Updated VV fog for all moons and interiors (very fancy now)
- Removed Flashlight overlay and cone particle for VV

- Added 2 New Ship Upgrades!

Accessibility/QOL Improvements:

- Adjusted scrap values to match Lethal Company v71

  + Decreased March Max Scrap 17 -> 16
  + Decreased Rend Max Scrap 26 -> 25
- Decreased spawn rates of all Plushies

Optimization:
- Removed unused files

Sound Effects:
- Added Hygrodere player death sound effect
- Added Coil Head player death sound effect
- Clown Horns from other players now play a different sound when far away
- Added Hoarding Bug death sound effect

Other Changes:
- It is now darker at The Company Building
- More lights are on in 'blackout' facilities
- Less lights are on in not 'blackout' facilities
