GRAYSCALE

Are you into dystopian stories? are you a fan of fallout, or anything postapocalyptic?

Well, this is the map for you! GRAYSCALE is a WIP parkour that will have 5 phases, each of them will contain unique mechanics and their own atmosphere, you can currently play the first and second phase of this map!

GRAYSCALE is set in an apocalyptic world where the planet has fractured and turned almost colorless due to extreme use of resources. Grass and plants have almost disappeared and machines control the entirety of population, with only few humans at the hegemony controlling the world.

Originally, this map was named "Ashbound Parkour" and had pretty much the same structure as the current one but a rougher look and an emptier world, For this revamp, many structures have been completely revamped, the decoration of every island has been improved exponentially and even a texture pack has been added to create a better atmosphere.

Many structures have been added and reimagined, the lobby has been revamped and has an actual town you can explore with many npcs to interact with. Don't forget to check out the greenhouse to pick up a sapling to take in your adventure! The following pictures showcase the lobby:

MAIN STORYLINE

You are part of a family of researchers and travelers that have done major explorations and technological advancements in the community of "junktown", one of the only sites that is still keeping themselves up during the events of a massive reconstruction of the world where the entire planet has been industrialized and is being exploited for energy.

As of right now, you haven't done anything significant enough to pair up with your brothers. This is why you took the decision to change that and leave the town to climb the hierarchies and take down the highest classes of society.

In your journey towards the top of the world you will find many robots that will either help you, try to stop you, or even both, some of these have their very own mechanics, so beware of the eyes that shoot you.

PHASES

The map will be split onto 6 phases, each grimmer than the previous one. Currently the phase 1 has been finished and phase 2 is 70% done, you can even see it in the map as of right now. Each phase will have more to explore and of course more difficulty. So y'all better stay tuned for updates.

PHASE 1 - ORANGE HORIZON

To make your way into the factories and industries that surround your town. You will have to make it through the junkyard, abandoned electrical stations, restricted and protected zones to eventually reach the first campsite of explorers.

PHASE 2 - PURPLE HAZE

COMING SOON. Investigate the energy factories and sites that extract out the mineral that led to the collapse of the world. Try to act as pacifist as you can though, we don't want to make the bulls mad.

PHASE 3 - RED WALLS

COMING SOONG. They've found out you've passed through the extraction sites, expect robots to reah out and neutralize you. Make your way around a now abandoned city.

PHASE 4 - UNWANTED BLUES

COMING SOON. Now it's the best time to take back your wish to take down the system! Either you end up drowned by the stinky water of the sewers, or make your way through the pipe dream and reach the great manor.
