Gm_bigcity

A regular map based on the Gm_Bigcity example from the Garry's Mod. At the moment, the map is not all built and does not have the functionality as in the original.
What's new
- Updating the map from version 1.20.50 to 1.21.50
- Fixed textures that had white lines
- One texture of the gray building on spawn has been changed
- A new part of the map (industrial zone) has been built
