Update #8

1. Level 0: Lobby
     - Changed the message when you start.
   
   2. Level 0.11: Manila Room
     - Added a construction notice when you explore the lobby.
   
   3. Level 94: Motion
     - Added a construction notice when you complete the level.
   
   4. Level 188: Courtyard of Windows
     - Added a construction notice when leaving the Hotel Chase level.
     - Added a construction notice when leaving the courtyard of windows leading to The Dark Poolrooms level.
     - When entering the 3rd floor, added a construction notice at the far elevator.
   
   5. Other Updates
     - You will find construction notices when you play the game.
     - Mobs are enabled.
     - Items and frames invisibility is disabled due to the issue with characters and mobs not showing in the game.
