Update Counter-Strike 1.21.80.2

New Features:
- Added Indonesian language translation.
- Weapons can now be dropped.
- Players in the lobby can now send messages to the global chat using the ! prefix.
- A checkpoint is now created at the player’s death location.
- Players in-game can also send messages to the global chat, which will be visible to those in the lobby.

Gameplay Changes:
- Dead players now have their chat blocked to prevent information sharing.
- The starting money for the first round has been reduced from $900 to $800.
- The AWM now reliably kills in one shot, even if the target is wearing armor.
- Purchase confirmation added — a checkmark will now appear when you buy a weapon or armor.

Balancing & Restrictions:
- The following weapons have been restricted:
- AKM — unavailable for Counter-Terrorists.
- MK18 — unavailable for Terrorists.

Updated weapon and equipment prices:
- MK18 — $3000
- AKM — $2900
- P90 — $2100
- Kevlar Vest — $600
- Defuse Kit — $200

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where the defuse sound was audible across the entire map.
- Fixed an issue where shop price highlights would not always load in time.
- Fixed a bug that occasionally caused players to be spawned in the lobby when launching the map.
- Updated the loss bonus system: players now receive between $1900 and $3400 depending on the number of consecutive lost rounds.
