Blue Lock All Stars V3.0 Rework Update part 1

* New Skill System

Hi guys this update doesn't bring any new characters :( but
It features a new skill system and flow system where, to use certain skills, 
you must wait for your energy bar to rise to a certain point, and to use flow, 
you no longer need luck but simply obtain the ball, 
which will charge your flow bar to 100%

* New Lobby and Map Field

The lobby and the playing field also changed completely; it received a very cool rework and became more realistic, resembling a normal football field
All this rework thanks to the administrator ttvretard and his friends


Well, that would be all for now. For the next part, there will be new characters and a new Master category. Some abilities will also be recreated, and perhaps some characters that need rework will be addressed
