Chest UI Beta + match-start polish
Shop
- Added Chest UI Beta (chest-style shop UI)
- Toggle is in the shop menu (all players — not OP settings only)
- Works alongside classic / DDUI modes
- Fixed purple/black missing textures on empty chest slots
Match start
- Countdown / GO! / island teleport SFX now play for all players
- Movement locked during countdown (anchor + resistance) to prevent lobby void deaths
- Lock held until island teleport completes, then released
