How it works?

The thirst system works similarly to the Vanilla Hunger Bar, but healing does not require a full thirst bar. In other words, thirst doesn’t directly affect your healing.

- However, Healing will make you Dehydrate.

How to Get Hydrated?

1- Drink potions of any kind (Harmful potions make you thirsty, while the good ones make you hydrated).

2- Drink from natural water sources by hitting the block underneath the water with empty hands while sneaking outside the water.

Be careful! Drinking dirty water will apply the Hunger Effect, causing dehydration to happen faster, and there's also a 10% chance of getting Poisoned. Always purify the water first!

How to Make Purified Water?

1- Craft a Metallic Pot.

2- Combine it with iron to create a Purifying Pot.

3- Place the Purifying Pot above Lit Campfire.

4- Fill it with water using Water Bottles or a Water Bucket.

The pot can hold up to 6 Bottles of Purified Water.

It takes around 45s to purify.

- If there's already purified water in the pot, remove it before adding more, or it will become dirty again.

Other Hydration Sources:

Drinking Milk or Honey Bottles also restores hydration.

[V1.3+]- Eating [ Apple - Sweet Berries - Glow Berries - Beetroot Soup - Mushroom Stew - Rabbit Stew ] Will also restore some hydration.

Water Filter / Advanced Water Filter:

Once you’ve gathered enough resources, craft the Advanced Water Filter. This lets you drink safely from water sources by Holding the Interact Button while looking at the Water.

- The Water Filter has a 34% chance of getting the Hunger Effect, And a ~7% chance of getting Poisoned.

- The Advanced Water Filter has a 17% change of getting the Hunger Effect, And a ~4% chance of getting Poisoned.

The Water Filter can be used around 31 times before it breaks.

The Advanced Water Filter can be used around 70 tumes before it breaks.

Extra Info:

No Experimental Toggles are required, the addon is Stable.

It won't turn off your Achievement's!

The Player.json is not used on this addon.
