The Titans Mod Recreated for Bedrock!

This add-on brings Witherzilla, the legendary final boss from The Titans Mod, into Minecraft Bedrock Edition!

This is not a normal Wither, and it is definitely not a normal boss fight. Witherzilla is an enormous, reality-breaking god designed to be the closest Bedrock recreation of the original Java Witherzilla possible. He uses his legacy model, textures, animations, sounds and iconic appearance—rebuilt with modern Bedrock JavaScript APIs and completely custom behavior.

Witherzilla can render from thousands of blocks away, summon entire armies of Advanced Withers, erase other entities using multicoloured Ur-Lightning, fire gigantic Omega Skulls, resist commands and even hold conversations with players through Minecraft chat.

You are not expected to defeat him.

You are expected to survive him.

⚡ Witherzilla’s Attacks

Ur-Lightning — Entity Erasure

Witherzilla’s most powerful ability is Ur-Lightning.

Any unprotected mob or modded boss that enters his enormous detection radius can be instantly struck by normal lightning and seven different colours of Ur-Lightning.

Ur-Lightning does not simply deal damage. At full power, it attempts to completely remove its victim from existence, bypassing:

• Health
• Armor
• Resistance
• Damage sensors
• Totems
• Death animations
• Conventional immortality
• Most custom add-on protection

This makes Witherzilla an incredibly powerful tool for testing supposedly “invincible” custom bosses.

 

The Omega Skull

Witherzilla fires a gigantic, glowing Omega Skull from his centre head every 15 seconds while he has a target.

The Omega Skull features:

• A moving, translucent blue Omega aura
• Perfect target tracking
• Approximately 1,000,000 impact damage
• A gigantic explosion
• Heavy terrain destruction
• An enormous custom model
• Custom Wither firing audio

The projectile is intentionally slower than a normal Wither Skull, giving you just enough time to understand what is about to erase you.

 

 

Advanced Wither Army

Witherzilla constantly creates Advanced Withers, even when he has no target.

He summons 10 every five seconds until his army reaches 100.

Every Advanced Wither has:

• 50,000 health
• Significantly increased movement speed
• Powerful explosive Wither Skulls
• Independent side-head targeting
• Projectile immunity
• Explosion immunity
• Potion-effect immunity
• No vulnerable second phase
• A large explosion upon death
• Custom legacy-inspired textures and animations

Advanced Withers remain near Witherzilla and will not attack other members of his army.

 

Reality-Breaking Lightning Storms

At full power, two permanent Ur-Lightning storms appear beside Witherzilla. These create constant multicoloured lightning strikes purely to make his arrival feel as apocalyptic as possible.

These effects can be disabled using Optimized Mode.

 

👑 Witherzilla’s Mechanics

Extreme-Distance Rendering

 

Witherzilla uses a special extreme-distance rendering system that allows him to remain visible from thousands of blocks away, far beyond the distance at which normal Bedrock entities disappear.

His custom boss bar can also remain visible from approximately 2,000 blocks away.

You cannot simply lower your render distance and pretend he is gone.

 

True Immortality

Witherzilla is protected from almost every normal method of removal.

He resists:

• Swords and melee attacks
• Projectiles
• Explosions
• Potion effects
• Environmental damage
• The Void
• /kill
• Entity-targeting teleport commands
• Many custom instant-kill attacks
• Many removal-based attacks from other add-ons

Attempting to use commands such as /kill @e against him may backfire and punish the player instead. Punishments can include lightning, hostile mobs, inventory clearing, imprisonment or instant death.

The intended way to remove Witherzilla is:

/function put_witherzilla_back_to_sleep

 

Independent Head Movement

 

Witherzilla’s three heads move independently.

• His centre head tracks nearby living targets.
• His side heads continuously scan the environment in different directions.
• Each head moves smoothly instead of snapping instantly.
• His enormous body turns slowly, giving him the weight of an actual Titan.
• The head animations are also synchronized with his blue Omega Shield.

Custom Boss Bar

Witherzilla replaces the ordinary purple Minecraft boss bar with a custom recreation inspired by the original Titans Mod.

The boss bar includes:

• The central glowing star
• Two Wither heads
• A bright cyan health display
• A custom name frame
• Extreme-distance visibility

Omega Shield and Star Beams

 

Witherzilla is surrounded by a thin, animated blue Omega Shield.

The aura slides across his body without covering the glowing star and enormous beams above him. His star and beams use separate emissive rendering so they remain fully illuminated at night.

 

Apocalyptic Arrival

 

When Witherzilla is released:

• Every nearby player experiences a five-second earthquake.
• The weather becomes a thunderstorm.
• His custom spawn dialogue and audio play.
• His distant-rendering system activates.
• His Advanced Wither army begins forming.
• His boss bar appears across the sky.

Custom Death Sequence

 

Witherzilla does not use a normal Minecraft death animation.

When returned to sleep, he erupts into beams of light, speaks his final dialogue and remains suspended for several seconds before disappearing.

 

💬 Talk to Witherzilla

Witherzilla includes a completely offline interactive dialogue system. You do not need an external AI, an account or a massive language-model download.

Simply speak normally in Minecraft chat while near him.

Try saying things such as:

• Hello, Witherzilla
• What are you?
• Why are you here?
• How powerful are you?
• What are my coordinates?
• What is 64 multiplied by 12?
• Rate my gear
• Can I defeat you?
• Who created you?

Witherzilla can:

• Recognize greetings and questions
• Explain his identity and purpose
• Perform arithmetic
• Tell you your current coordinates
• Judge and insult your equipment
• Remember the current conversation
• Ask follow-up questions
• Randomly roast the player
• Respond from up to 2,048 blocks away when addressed by name

He may be willing to talk, but that does not mean he respects you.

 

🎵 Legacy Audio and Dialogue

Witherzilla uses restored legacy-inspired audio, including:

• Ambient voice lines
• Hurt sounds
• Spawn audio
• Death dialogue
• Wither firing sounds
• Lightning and thunder
• Glitched reality-breaking quotes

His voice can be heard from enormous distances, making his presence known even before you can see him.

 

⚙️ Performance and Functions

Witherzilla starts at his maximum power by default. Optimized Mode, Nerf Mode and Debug Mode all begin disabled.

Optimized Mode

Use:

/function witherzilla_optimized

This will:

• Change the thunderstorm to clear skies
• Disable the two constant decorative lightning storms
• Reduce each Advanced Wither spawn batch
• Reduce the maximum Advanced Wither army from 100 to 50
• Significantly improve performance on weaker devices

Restore full power with:

/function witherzilla_optimized_off

Nerf Mode

Use:

/function witherzilla_nerf

This prevents Ur-Lightning from completely removing entities and makes it use ordinary killing methods instead. This gives powerful mobs from other add-ons a chance to fight back and allows Witherzilla to demonstrate more of his abilities.

Restore full entity erasure with:

/function witherzilla_nerf_off

Debug Mode

Use:

/function witherzilla_debug_mode_on

This displays information about Witherzilla’s JavaScript systems, targets, attacks, spawning and protection.

Disable it with:

/function witherzilla_debug_mode_off

Return Witherzilla to Sleep

Use:

/function put_witherzilla_back_to_sleep

This is the intended and reliable way to remove Witherzilla.

 

📥 Installation Tutorial

This build requires Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.120 or newer.

1. Download the .mcaddon file.
2. Open the downloaded file with Minecraft.
3. Wait for both the Behavior Pack and Resource Pack to import successfully.
4. Create a new world—or make a copy of an existing world.
5. Open Behavior Packs → My Packs and activate Witherzilla.
6. Verify that the connected Witherzilla Resource Pack is also active.
7. Open the world’s Experiments menu.
8. Enable Beta APIs.
9. Enable Cheats if you want to use the included /function controls.
10. Enter the world and find the black 3D Release Witherzilla spawn egg in the Creative inventory.

Required experimental toggles

• Beta APIs: ON

These are not required:

• Upcoming Creator Features
• Experimental Creator Camera Features

The add-on uses the server 2.9.0-beta scripting module included with Minecraft Bedrock 1.26.30, which is why Beta APIs must be enabled. Microsoft’s 1.26.30 creator notes and experimental-features documentation confirm that -beta scripting modules require the Beta APIs experiment.

 

⚠️ IMPORTANT WORLD-DESTRUCTION WARNING!

WITHERZILLA CAN COMPLETELY DESTROY YOUR WORLD.

Do not release him near:

• Important survival worlds
• Houses or cities you want to keep
• Redstone builds
• Adventure maps
• Realms without permission
• Anything you are not prepared to lose

Witherzilla creates huge explosions, large armies, constant lightning, command retaliation and entity-erasing attacks. Ordinary /kill commands are deliberately ineffective and may punish you.

Please test this add-on in a new, disposable world or a backup.
