Winter Update

This add-on provides a preview of the new features in the upcoming Ice Caves update.
This add-on was created so that players can have an experience close to the new update in the official (non-beta) Minecraft.
It's not perfect, but it works as a simple demonstration.
The add-on adds:
- Ice Crystal
- Ice Spike
- Ice Ball
- Freezing Arrow (improvised effects)
- Freezing Potions (all 3 types are also improvised effects)
- Ice Zombie
- Ice Caves
