Weather and Tornadoes is a Bedrock add-on inspired by Corosus's Weather1 for Java. It brings enhanced weather systems, items, tornadoes with stages, a weather radar, sensors, and a mini-boss. This is a beta port and may have bugs.

Tornadoes

Tornadoes are a core feature of this add-on: rapidly rotating columns of air that form from storms and can lift entities, damage terrain, and interact with other systems. Tornadoes have stages from 1 to 6; their strength depends on atmospheric conditions such as Wind Gust, Wind Gust Event, humidity, and Wind Strength. The tornado in this add-on moves in a very random direction and you can also set the direction of the tornado towards you.

Storm System

In this add-on, Minecraft Bedrock's original weather system has been replaced by a storm system. Storms regulate the weather in Minecraft, depending on the stage. Each Stage in the storm, has its nickname.

Here are the nicknames with stages:

"Drizzle Puff" - Stage 1

"Sparkle Rumble" - Stage 2

"Grumpy Cloudy" - Stage 3

"Angry Storm" - Stage 4

"Menace Muffin" - Stage 5

"The End" - Stage 6

You can set the Stage for this storm in the Weather Menu.

Blocks

The add-on adds several functional blocks for detecting and responding to tornadoes and weather events.

Tornado Sensor

The Tornado Sensor generates a redstone signal when a tornado is within a 128-block radius.

Tornado Siren

The Tornado Siren emits a siren sound when a tornado is detected within ~128 blocks.

Weather Radar

Weather Radar detects nearby tornadoes and Tracking Tornado position.

Mini Boss

This add-on includes a mini-boss called the Fire Worm. In the original mod it could only move and turn into fire; in this port the worm is presented as a model-based entity that disappears at random times and can shoot fire blocks at players.

ADDITION:

If you are playing survival and you don't know the atmospheric conditions, you can enable Debug Info in the Weather Menu or you can tag yourself with the name debug_info.
