NEW: Shared HUD Interoperability
- Vitalitylogic now integrates with Hydration Logic and Thermologic HUD pipelines
- Works in all combinations:
  - Vitality only
  - Vitality + Hydration
  - Vitality + Thermologic
  - Vitality + Hydration + Thermologic

NEW: Conflict-Free Action Bar Rendering
- Prevents HUD overwrite conflicts between Logic addons
- If Vitalitylogic is alone, it renders its HUD directly
- If Hydration/Thermologic are installed, rendering is delegated to the shared integration flow

TECHNICAL CHANGES
- Added shared scoreboard sync for vitality visibility and max vitality
- Kept below-name vitality score behavior unchanged for single-pack users
