Villager & illager Legacy Lite

NOTE: This update was supposed to have more done, I had more bug fixes and new content being worked on, however due to the MC update breaking my Bedrock Arduous Journey BETA API version I decided to release this with what was done and update when the rest of the stuff later when done so that I can properly update my addonpack too. Enjoy whats here so far

- Villager & illager Legacy Lite from 1.16 to 1.17

|illagers should no longer attack each other. If you find instances where they do, describe location, if it happens with the addon by itself and how you came across it.

|All custom swords now can break cobwebs and bamboo quickly just like Vanilla swords can

|Fixed Sword Villager sometimes dropping Coal

|Increased the chance of the valuable emerald dropping, before it was too rare

|The Pillager Lord has been rebalanced, he now spawns closer, the melee damage has been nerfed from 20 to 12, the melee attack range has been increased and his summon time was nerfed from 15s to 45s to prevent summon spam. I plan to increase the seconds to 90 seconds next update, I think 45 isnt enough still
