VIETNAM MILYTARY MODERN ADDON

This is a major update that fixes all the bugs from the Vietnam Military Addon.

This add-on features PvP gameplay, a new bullet damage calculation mechanic, and PvE; different ammo types have varying armor-piercing capabilities, and in-game armor types do not reduce bullet penetration—with the exception of Netherite armor.
