A mysterious girl named Verity lives in a box — helpful at first, but as days pass she grows darker, until her horrifying True Form awakens to hunt you down.

📖 About the Addon:

Verity Extended is a horror companion addon for Minecraft Bedrock Edition. A strange box appears near you when you first load in — break it open and Verity emerges. She's cheerful, knowledgeable, and happy to help. She answers questions, tells you the time, heals you, makes it rain, and even remembers every time you die.

But she's not what she seems. As in-game days pass, her mood shifts. Her warnings grow darker. And on Day 6, her True Form awakens — a monstrous entity that hunts you relentlessly, grabs you and locks your movement, and won't stop until one of you is dead. Defeat her, and she'll return to normal the following day... almost like nothing happened.

🌙 Gameplay Progression:

• Day 0 — Arrival: Verity spawns from a mysterious box near the player. She's friendly, talkative, and eager to help.
• Day 3 — Unease: Verity stops responding normally. She only delivers one cryptic warning: "Something is coming in 3 days..."
• Day 6 — Awakening: Her True Form spawns 20 blocks away. The sky message reads: "She was never just a companion..."
• After Defeat — Recovery: The next morning, Verity returns to her normal state and sends a message: "Sorry. I was not able to help you last night."

💬 Dialogue System:

Type in chat while Verity is within 10 blocks to trigger responses. Supported commands include:

• hello / hi / hey — Verity greets you
• help — She offers assistance
• how are you — She tells you how she's feeling
• time / what time is it — She tells you the current in-game time
• heal me — She gives you Regeneration and Saturation
• rain / make it rain — She changes the weather
• light / night vision — She grants Night Vision
• bye / goodbye — She reacts with sadness
• how long / how many days — She tells you how many days she's been with you
• Math questions — Ask her any basic calculation (e.g. 5 + 3, 50 / 2)

👹 True Form Mechanics:

• Live Distance Tracker — The action bar shows exactly how many blocks away the True Form is at all times, with color-coded urgency warnings.
• Grab Attack — If she gets within 3.5 blocks, she grabs you. Your camera locks, movement is frozen, and she deals continuous damage.
• Escape System — Crouch rapidly 8 times to break free. A progress bar tracks your escape attempts.
• Grab Cooldown — After releasing a player (or being escaped), she cannot grab again for a random 20–30 seconds.
• Rage Phases — She gets progressively faster. Day 6: Speed I. Day 8+: Speed II.
• Constant Darkness — She applies the Darkness effect to nearby players while she's active.

🎁 Other Features:

• Memory System — Verity tracks every time you die and mentions it the next time you speak to her.
• Night Terror System — After Day 2, a random player gets a horror screen flash during deep night with blindness and slowness.
• Gift System — Give Verity an Emerald and she rewards you with a Diamond. Give her Rotten Flesh and face her wrath.
• Proximity Reaction — Walk within 6 blocks and a subtle subtitle appears: "She knows you're here."
• Mood Textures — Verity's appearance changes based on her mood: default, talking, angry, sad, and serious.

📥 How to Install:

1. Download the .mcaddon file.
2. Tap or double-click the file — Minecraft will open and import both packs automatically.
3. Create a new world and apply both the Behavior Pack and Resource Pack under World Settings.
4. Enable Beta APIs under Experimental Features.
5. Load in and wait — the mysterious box will appear nearby within seconds.
