Choose between Custom mob and Wandering Trader in the behavior settings in your world settings.

Custom mob : Spawns every 20min at a 30 blocks radius

Wandering Trader : Shift(crouch)+right click to open his hidden menu 

Rename the file as .zip to edit it and add your own music!
