-Fixed Vibrant Visuals compatibility
-Tweaked head drop rate based off of the Vanilla Tweaks Mob Heads data pack: https://minecraft.wiki/w/User:Violine1101/Vanilla_Tweaks_Mob_Heads
-Zombies, Skeletons, Creepers, Piglins, and the Ender Dragon once again have a chance to drop their heads when killed by a player
