Description

Minecraft Bedrock hides a lot from you. Saturation decides how long a meal lasts and is never shown. Regeneration crawls compared to Java. Tools break with no warning, beds explode with no warning, and a cured villager says nothing at all. Vanilla Essentials fixes 16 of those, no commands, no crafting, no extra items.
- Features
Food and health
- Java saturation bar — The hidden buffer that decides how long food lasts, drawn right on your hunger bar
- Java regeneration — Heals at Java's fast rate while your hunger bar is full, and charges saturation for it exactly as Java does
On-screen warnings
- Durability warning — Tells you before a tool, weapon or armour piece breaks
- Bed explosion warning — Says so before you blow yourself up in the Nether or the End
- Inventory full alert — Know the moment your mining haul starts hitting the floor
- Enchanting level alert — Marks level 30, the number every enchanting table wants
Light
- Dynamic lighting — Carry a torch, lantern, or any light source and it lights the world around you
- Off-hand torches — Crouch to move a torch to your off hand and keep your main hand free
Quality of life
- Item magnet — Crouch and dropped items drift to you, so a haul doesn't need sweeping off the floor
- XP magnet — Orbs come to you instead of sitting over the lava you just knocked something into
- Crop experience — Fully grown crops give a little XP when harvested
- Loyalty trident rescue — A Loyalty trident thrown over the void comes back instead of being lost
Information
- Day counter — The day number at dawn and when you join
- Respawn point — Tells you where you'll actually wake up after sleeping or charging an anchor
- Sleep counter — How many players still need to be in bed to skip the night
- Villager cure alert — Curing a zombie villager already discounts its trades permanently; now you're told it worked
- Bell raid reveal — Ring a bell during a raid and every nearby raider is marked, with a count and a bearing to the closest
- Coordinate converter —
/scriptevent ve:coordsgives your position and the matching coordinates in the other dimension
World and recipes
- Ore Boost — Extra veins of coal, copper, iron, gold, redstone, lapis and diamond, generated the way vanilla generates its own
- Better recipes — Horse armour becomes craftable, rotten flesh smelts into leather, wool turns back into string, and other even trades vanilla never added
Everything else
- Achievement-safe — Does NOT disable achievements or trophies. No experiments required
- Most features toggleable — Switch any of them on or off in game, saved per world
- Multiplayer ready — Works independently for each player
- Light on performance — No per-tick scanning; everything runs on timed intervals and stops when there is nothing to do
