Uncraftable Item Recipes is a Minecraft Bedrock addon created for players who want a more flexible survival experience without completely destroying Minecraft's progression. The addon introduces crafting recipes for several valuable items that normally cannot be obtained through regular crafting.

Instead of simply making these items extremely cheap, every recipe is designed around the identity, function and materials associated with the item. The goal is to make the recipes feel like they could belong in Minecraft while still requiring meaningful resources and progression.

Whether you're building a long-term survival world, playing a private server, creating a challenge world, or simply want another way to obtain rare equipment, this addon gives you more control over your gameplay.

✨ Main Features

🪽 Craftable Elytra

The Elytra is one of the most useful exploration items in Minecraft, but obtaining one normally requires finding an End City and locating an End Ship.

This addon introduces a custom Elytra recipe using materials connected to its design and flying ability.

Recipe:

Leather              | Wool                 | Leather
Phantom Membrane     | Phantom Membrane     | Phantom Membrane
Leather              | Wool                 | Leather

The recipe uses:

• Leather for the wing structure

• Wool as a flexible fabric-like material

• Phantom Membranes for the Elytra's connection to flight

This keeps the recipe recognizable and logical rather than using unrelated ultra-rare materials.

🍎 Enchanted Golden Apple

Enchanted Golden Apples are among the most powerful food items in Minecraft and are normally found as rare loot rather than crafted.

This addon provides a dedicated crafting recipe using Bottles o' Enchanting and a regular Golden Apple.

Recipe:

Bottle o' Enchanting | Bottle o' Enchanting | Bottle o' Enchanting
Bottle o' Enchanting | Golden Apple         | Bottle o' Enchanting
Bottle o' Enchanting | Bottle o' Enchanting | Bottle o' Enchanting

The concept is simple:

Golden Apple + concentrated experience = Enchanted Golden Apple

The recipe still requires a valuable Golden Apple and eight Bottles o' Enchanting, keeping the item expensive enough to remain special.

🗿 Totem of Undying

The Totem of Undying is one of Minecraft's most iconic survival items. It can save a player from death, making it extremely valuable during dangerous adventures.

The addon introduces a carefully balanced recipe based primarily around Gold and Emeralds.

Recipe:

Gold Ingot | Gold Ingot | Gold Ingot
Emerald    | Gold Ingot | Emerald
           | Gold Ingot |

Required:

• 7 Gold Ingots

• 2 Emeralds

The recipe is intentionally expensive because the Totem provides a powerful survival advantage.

🔱 Trident

Tridents are powerful weapons that normally require players to hunt Drowned mobs for a chance of obtaining one.

This addon provides an alternative crafting method based on Prismarine and Iron.

Required:

• 3 Prismarine Shards

• 2 Iron Ingots

The Prismarine represents the aquatic origin of the weapon, while Iron forms the durable weapon shaft/core.

Chainmail armor has always had a unique appearance in Minecraft, but obtaining a complete set can be inconvenient.

This addon makes Chainmail Armor craftable using Chains rather than arbitrary materials.

Every piece keeps the familiar Minecraft armor crafting shape.

🐴 Craftable Horse Armor

The addon also introduces crafting recipes for several types of horse armor that normally cannot be crafted.

Iron Horse Armor

Combines Leather Horse Armor with Iron to reinforce it into a stronger protective set.

Golden Horse Armor

Combines Leather Horse Armor with Gold to create a golden variant.

Diamond Horse Armor

Combines Leather Horse Armor with Diamonds to create the strongest standard horse armor available through this addon.

These recipes are designed to provide a progression path rather than simply giving the player horse armor for free.

📖 Custom Recipe Book

One of the main features of Uncraftable Item Recipes is its own custom in-game Recipe Book.

Instead of having to remember every recipe or constantly checking an external website, players can use the addon’s Recipe Book to access the recipes directly inside the game.

📕 How to Get the Recipe Book

Craft it using:

Book + Dirt → Recipe Book

The Recipe Book has its own custom item texture and dedicated interface.

📚 What the Recipe Book Provides

The Recipe Book is designed to make the addon easier to use by giving players a central place to discover the custom recipes.

You can use it to check recipes for:

The book is intentionally lightweight and does not require an external application, website or third-party recipe viewer.

⚖️ Balanced Survival Progression

This addon is not designed to make every rare item cheap.

The recipes have been created with survival progression in mind. Valuable materials are still required, and powerful items retain a meaningful crafting cost.

The goal is to give players an alternative acquisition method, not completely remove the challenge of obtaining powerful equipment.

For example:

• Elytra still requires Phantom Membranes.

• Totem still requires Gold and Emeralds.

• Trident still requires Prismarine and Iron.

• Enchanted Golden Apple still requires a Golden Apple and Bottles o' Enchanting.

• Chainmail still requires Chains.

• Horse armor still requires an existing Leather Horse Armor base.

This makes the addon suitable for survival worlds while still giving players more freedom.

🔧 Installation

1. Download the .mcaddon file.

2. Open the file with Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

3. Allow Minecraft to import the Behavior Pack and Resource Pack.

4. Create a new world or activate the addon in an existing world.

5. Enter your world and craft the custom Recipe Book using Book + Dirt.

6. Open the Recipe Book and start crafting!

For the best experience, make sure your Minecraft Bedrock version is compatible with the addon.
