⚔️ Ultra Hardcore

Ultra Hardcore (UHC) is a challenging Minecraft Bedrock experience built around one simple idea: every heart matters.

Take the familiar Survival experience and turn it into a fight for survival where damage has consequences, healing becomes valuable, and death means the end of your run.

🔥 Features

❤️ No Natural Regeneration

Natural health regeneration is completely disabled. Taking damage is no longer something you can simply recover from by eating food.

🖤 Hardcore Hearts

UHC includes a dedicated Hardcore Hearts system designed to fit naturally into the vanilla Bedrock experience.

The heart textures change to properly reflect different health and status conditions, including normal, half, poisoned, withered, frozen, and other supported heart states.

This keeps the familiar Minecraft health bar while giving the UHC experience its own visual identity.

🍎 Healing Still Matters

Healing is still possible through Minecraft's existing mechanics, including Golden Apples and other available healing methods.

💀 Death Means Spectator

Death is permanent. When a player dies, they are automatically switched to Spectator Mode.

You can continue watching the game, but you cannot simply return to Survival and continue your run.

⚔️ Hard Difficulty

UHC uses Hard difficulty to make the Survival experience more demanding and dangerous.

👥 Multiplayer Support

Designed with multiplayer Survival in mind. Players who are still alive can continue their journey while eliminated players spectate.

📖 UHC Guide

At the beginning of your adventure, you'll receive an UHC Guide containing useful information about the addon and its mechanics.

The UHC Guide is currently available in:

📦 Installation

1. Download the latest Ultra Hardcore file from the Files section.
2. Open the .mcaddon file with Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
3. Wait for Minecraft to finish importing the addon.
4. Create a new world or edit an existing world.
5. Open Behavior Packs and activate Ultra Hardcore.
6. Open the world's Experiments section.
7. Enable Beta APIs.
8. Start the world and begin your UHC run.

⚠️ Beta APIs are required for Ultra Hardcore to function correctly.

Ultra Hardcore is actively being developed.

The main goal of this project is to provide a simple, reliable and vanilla-friendly UHC experience without unnecessarily changing the way Minecraft is played.

As development continues, existing mechanics may be improved and new features may be introduced based on player feedback, testing and future Minecraft updates.

⚠️ Please keep in mind: Ultra Hardcore uses Minecraft's experimental API features. Because these APIs can change between Minecraft versions, compatibility may occasionally be affected after major game updates.

When reporting a bug, including your Minecraft version, addon version, and what happened will make it much easier to investigate.
