CobbleDrock Phone v1.0.3

• Fixed compatibility with CobbleDrock Breeding.
• Phone UI is now synchronized with the Breeding addon to avoid different layouts depending on Resource Pack order.
• server_form.json, _ui_defs.json and tunao_phone.json were aligned between both addons.
• Fixed BP/RP dependency flow.
• Removed unnecessary circular dependency between Phone RP and BP.
• Phone BP now correctly loads its matching Resource Pack.
• Improved compatibility when Phone and Breeding are enabled in the same world.
• No changes to the main Phone features:
  • Healing;
  • Pokémon PC;
  • Exit button;
  • battle restrictions;
  • cooldown system.
• Core remains untouched.
