About the Project
TrueWheels aims to provide players with the tools needed to build realistic roads, highways, parking lots, intersections, cities, and transportation networks.
This is only the beginning. Future updates are planned to introduce additional road pieces, infrastructure elements, decorations, vehicles, and many more features.

TrueWheels Usage License (Summary)
This is a simplified summary of the TrueWheels license. The full license takes precedence in case of any conflict.
Allowed
✔ Personal use.
✔ Singleplayer and multiplayer worlds.
✔ Public and private Minecraft servers.
✔ Videos, livestreams, screenshots, reviews, tutorials, and showcases.
✔ Monetization of videos and streams through advertisements, sponsorships, subscriptions, donations, and platform monetization systems.
✔ Voluntary donations to Minecraft servers using TrueWheels.
✔ Personal modifications that remain private.
✔ Compatibility addons, datapacks, and integrations that do not redistribute TrueWheels files or assets.
Not Allowed
✖ Reuploading TrueWheels to other websites, launchers, marketplaces, or distribution platforms.
✖ Redistributing modified or unmodified versions of TrueWheels without permission.
✖ Selling or commercially distributing TrueWheels.
✖ Including TrueWheels in paid downloads, paid modpacks, or commercial products.
✖ Using TrueWheels on servers that sell memberships, subscriptions, VIP ranks, premium access, paid gameplay advantages, paid content, or other monetized benefits without permission.
✖ Reusing, copying, extracting, modifying, or redistributing textures, models, sounds, code, artwork, branding, or other assets from TrueWheels without permission.
✖ Claiming TrueWheels or any of its content as your own work.
Community Continuation
If TrueWheels is abandoned for 24 consecutive months, community-maintained forks may be created and distributed under the conditions described in the full license.

• Create videos, livestreams, screenshots, reviews, tutorials, showcases, and other content featuring TrueWheels.
• Monetize videos, streams, and content featuring TrueWheels through advertisements, sponsorships, subscriptions, donations, and platform monetization systems.
• Create datapacks, addons, integrations, or compatibility projects that interact with TrueWheels without redistributing its files or assets.
• Modify TrueWheels for personal and private use.
RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
• Sell, license, rent, sublicense, or commercially distribute TrueWheels.
• Include TrueWheels in paid downloads, paid modpacks, paid software packages, paid server packs, or commercial products.
• Redistribute TrueWheels on other websites, launchers, applications, marketplaces, repositories, or distribution platforms without prior permission.
• Reupload modified or unmodified versions of TrueWheels.
• Claim TrueWheels or any of its content as your own work.
• Remove copyright notices or licensing information.
SERVER USAGE
TrueWheels may be used on public or private Minecraft servers.
Server owners may accept voluntary donations intended to support server operation, maintenance, hosting costs, infrastructure, moderation, and community expenses.
However, use of TrueWheels on servers that sell memberships, subscriptions, VIP ranks, premium access, paid gameplay advantages, paid content, paid features, exclusive access, or any other monetized server benefits is prohibited without prior written permission from the author.
Servers generating revenue beyond voluntary donations must obtain authorization before using TrueWheels.
Authorization requests may be evaluated based on:
• Server size.
• Revenue sources.
• Monetization methods.
• Community impact.
• Compliance with platform rules.
The author reserves the right to approve or deny any request at their sole discretion.
ASSETS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All textures, models, sounds, artwork, icons, logos, branding elements, scripts, code, and other assets included in TrueWheels remain the intellectual property of the author unless otherwise specified.
No asset from TrueWheels may be copied, extracted, reused, modified, redistributed, or incorporated into another project without prior permission from the author.
MODIFICATIONS AND FORKS
Modification of TrueWheels for personal and private use is permitted.
Distribution of modified versions, forks, derivative works, unofficial builds, or repackaged versions requires prior permission from the author.
PROJECT ABANDONMENT CLAUSE
If TrueWheels receives no updates, maintenance, official announcements, or developer activity for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months, community-maintained forks may be created and distributed without prior permission, provided that:
• Proper credit is given to the original author.
• The fork clearly states that it is an unofficial continuation.
• The fork does not falsely imply endorsement by the original author.
• The original project name is not used in a manner likely to cause confusion between the original project and the fork.
• This license remains included and accessible.
ADDITIONAL ASSET PROTECTION
The Project Abandonment Clause applies only to the continuation and maintenance of TrueWheels as a community-supported project.
Textures, models, sounds, artwork, branding, logos, and other creative assets remain the intellectual property of the original author.
The Project Abandonment Clause does not grant permission to extract, reuse, redistribute, or incorporate these assets into unrelated projects.
Community-maintained forks created under the Project Abandonment Clause may retain and use these assets only as part of maintaining, updating, and continuing TrueWheels itself.
