Tri Towers Challenge

Okay, after play testing a while, a lot more was needed so the list is big

I added not 5 new room types! (i think, hard to remember from last time where i was)  there are now 13 different base rooms (each that scales/changes with height in the tower)

I also added 2 more boss room variations and tweeked the existing to be more fitting/challenging. Also, there is a chance for a treasure room instead of a boss room on boss mob floors (95 and below) though if you get a treasure room, you will never get one at that point or lower on the tower (it moves the marker internally stored up to that floor).

I adjusted, regeneration for undead as it was way too strong.

Finally, I added a hardcore mode in the tower at the entrance. if you want to do the tower and only get by with what you get from the tower, this is what you want. It locks you in the tower... moves your respawn point in there and gets rid of all your gear (and resets the room) if you've been to even 1 level of the tower it wont let you do it. (so you cant hide stuff in the ceiling of the tower levels for later).

As always you will need to regenerate towers/start a new game to see the new changes.
